How pricing works
Priced on the space it takes in the truck, not the number of items.
A few pieces of furniture are a small job. A garage is a full load. A whole property or an estate can take several loads.
From there, a few things move the number up or down. Our instant quote asks about the amount, the type of junk and the kind of job, then gives you a range. Andrei confirms the price with you before any work starts, so the range on your screen is a starting point and not a surprise later.
We are not publishing a price list on this page, because a garage and a single mattress are not the same job. The quote takes about a minute.

Do you do junk removal without a move?
Yes. It is a service on its own. Book a haul by itself with the instant quote, or add it to a move if you are clearing out on the way.
What happens to the things you take away?
They are sorted first. Items that are still in good shape can be donated, things that need to go back somewhere are returned, and only what is left goes to the transfer station.
Can you take items to a donation center for me?
Donation drop-offs are part of how the crew works on cleanouts. Tell us what you would like donated when you request the quote, and we will plan the load around it.
Do I need to be home?
It helps if someone can point out what is going and what is staying. If that will not work for your job, tell us when you call and we will work out how to handle it.
Is the instant quote a final price?
It is a range based on the amount and type of junk. Andrei confirms the price with you before the work begins.
Is there anything you cannot take?
Some things need a different disposal route than furniture does, such as paint, solvents, chemicals, tires, propane tanks, anything wet or moldy, and very heavy loose material like concrete or stone. Mention them when you request your quote and we will tell you how we would handle them.
Do you clear out an entire house?
Yes. Estate cleanouts are one of the most common jobs, and they are often booked by a family or an assisted-living facility. The crew works through the house room by room.
